Upcountry Direct allows Corsair’s upcountry customers to directly register and process warranty RMA by calling toll free 1-800 4255464 or emailing indiaservice@corsair.com. Customers then simply courier the RMA product directly to Corsair service centre in Bangalore and wait for a new replacement product to be delivered within 5 days.
